Support is available on many levels.
Installation Support
When Globecomm delivers a pre-engineered product or custom-designed system, we
provide complete documentation and a commitment to make sure it successfully
enters service. When our technicians or systems engineers are on site, they go
the extra mile to make sure the system is performing to your satisfaction
before turning it over to you. For pre-engineered systems, technicians and
engineers are available on-call to resolve integration problems with existing
equipment.
Lifecycle Support
Customers requiring continuing support for their systems or networks can take
advantage of our Lifecycle Support Services including networking monitoring,
help desk, installation and field services and equipment repair. These are
available on a fee basis.
Network Operations Center
For services we provide, our Network Operations Center operates 24 hours a day,
7 days a week to monitor and trouble-shoot issues. NOC technicians are backed
up by one of the largest in-house engineering staffs in the industry to resolve
your issues quickly and professionally.
